mark hanscom

Mark J. Hanscom was born in Quincy, Massachusetts. Mark moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ in the 1980s to escape the brutal winters. Mark graduated from Lake Havasu High School and pursued his desire to enter the criminal justice field as a police officer and eventually getting into forensic science. However, at an early age, the hospitality industry came calling and began studying Business Management at Mohave Community College in Lake Havasu. Mark began his hotel career with multiple hotels in Lake Havasu, leading him to a General Management position in Las Vegas. 

Mark was first licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2006. Mark remained in Las Vegas until he was promoted to a 1800+ unit Gold Crown timeshare resort in Kissimmee, Florida. After several years of humidity, and missing the Arizona dry heat and desert, Mark made his way back to Arizona in 2017, to open a brand new hotel in Lake Havasu City. Mark obtained his Arizona real estate license in 2018. Throughout Mark’s career, he has helped countless people reach their dreams of vacations, vacation ownership, as well as home and property ownership. When Mark has spare time, he spends it with family, service commitments, and time on the golf course.
