ROA has no monthly fees, annual fees, desk fees, or hidden costs. Agents only pay a one‑time tech fee of $750 split over their first three closed deals, and otherwise keep more of what they earn.

ROA offers an 85/15 commission split with a $14,000 annual cap. After you reach your cap, you keep 100% of your commission, only paying a small transaction fee per deal.
