After earning a Kinesiology degree from Indiana University and cheering on her Hoosiers, her love for sports propelled Kim into a 20-year career in Health and Fitness. Guiding clients through triumphs and setbacks, she witnessed the impact of environment on well-being.
In 2005, she and her best friend-turned-husband started a family, raising three sports-loving boys. Trading snow for endless sun, they embraced Arizona, where almost 300 days of blue skies energized them.
During their move, the Amick family was exposed to multiple disheartening experiences while trying to purchase a home. Determined to make a difference, Kim stepped in to ensure others wouldn't suffer the same fate. With her innate understanding of the significance of the environment, she transitioned seamlessly into real estate. Now, Kim assists clients in finding not just houses, but spaces where they can truly thrive.
When she's not busy showing homes and negotiating deals, Kim transforms into a spirited sports mom, cheering her boys to victories on tracks, football fields, and baseball diamonds, from local competitions to global championships. Her dedication to health and fitness remains intact; she's a certified Health Coach and Fitness Specialist.
